Harpos
The project
Harpos is the SaaS startup I founded in August 2024: a multi-branch POS platform with billing, table/order management and QR menus for restaurants, cafés and hotels.
As founder and full-stack developer I designed and built the system end to end. The platform served 5 cafés and restaurants.
I built the order and payment services with Next.js, Laravel and REST, and ran the Docker/Nginx infrastructure and deployments.
I optimized MSSQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL queries with CTEs and stored procedures.
